At OBN our mission is to help you to Be Your Own Builder which allows you to get the most bang for your buck! We provide our customers with access to the financing for their new custom home. We also make sure you, as our customer, understand your budget and the various costs for materials of your choosing and the labor to install those materials. This way you will know how much you will be spending without any surprises. You make the choices for materials that will go into your new home. Owner Builder Network has one fee and it is based on square footage. We do not charge a fee on the percentage of your whole project. Learn more about OBN here.
