This loan will pay the land balance, pay the subs, and if needed the blueprints (if we are helping you with plans). Many people in the past and still today have been able to move into their custom home with as little as $3,000 dollars down. This includes our start-up fee, plan start-up (if needed), and credit report/appraisal fees. All loans are subject to credit, debt to ratio, and appraisal.
