When we met with Russ McCary to fill him in on the Owner Builder Network program, his sweet wife was many months pregnant, they were planning to start a business AND build a house…and oh yeah, they have a 2-year-old toddler too! Needless to say our clients are NOT afraid of a challenge!! Russ and Stephanie set out to design a Barndominum that would help them with a living space for their family, office space for the business and a workout facility for themselves and the patrons of their new business.

They did a great job! Check out the pictures. You will be impressed. When we were visiting with them and seeing the efforts of their hard work, they mentioned several OBN subcontractors that they really enjoyed working with. They really enjoyed the fact that they controlled the checkbook and could choose any subs they wanted to work on their project. Oh yeah, and it was helpful to be able to do some of the work themselves too. They love how their project turned out and are loving the equity they have in their property!
