When we met with Chris and Ashley Applegate a few months back, Ashley was pregnant with their 4th child and when we closed on their construction loan a few months later, she had given birth to little William and he was destined to be her building partner! Chris and Ashley did an awesome job accomplishing their goals by being under budget and getting their bonus space finished out upstairs. From the planning process to the budget process and then on to completion, they are happy to be in their home and settled enjoying the fruits of their labor!
