How it Works
You will partner with Owner Builder Network like thousands of others since 1997.
We will help you from the early planning stages of budgeting, land purchase, design,
financing and through construction. You will be provided with an easy to follow
building schedule, building steps, list of suppliers/subcontractors and an itemized
budget.
Phase 1: Planning
Financing Construction and Perm loans available. Up to 100% financing,
to qualified buyers. Other options are available.
Land Bring in your land information. This is whether you have land,
or are currently looking for some. This information will help work out your budget.
Plans Bring in your plans or ideas of what you want to build. This
can be anything from a photo to a hand drawn sketch. We have designers that can
help with blueprints. If you have your own plans, bring those in.
Budget Based upon the information you have provided us, we will
provide a job cost which will include both an average wholesale price, as well as
an average retail price.
Phase 2: Construction
Permits You can apply for these yourself, or if you prefer, we
have people on our list that can pull these for you.
Scheduling & Ordering of Materials With our guidance, take
advantage of Owner Builder Network's volume builder's discount.
Subcontractors & Suppliers Not everyone goes on our list. Our
list of suppliers/subcontractors have a proven track record. You will accept the
bids and decide who you want to hire. We can help with management and scheduling.
Paying of Bills You will write the checks. You control the money.
Job site visits – You will monitor the project along with your OBN consultant and
a third party inspector that works for you.
