Bill & Kathy Price recently completed their new home on Lake Tawakoni and it is gorgeous! Take a look at their pictures to see all that they accomplished! During our recent visit to their home, they told us they were so pleased with how everything turned out! Bill and Kathy were able to put so many unique touches into their home - from the tongue & groove porch/patio ceilings to all of the unique lighting and awesome hand-scraped wood floors! Their home is also very energy efficient with the foamed insulation envelope system and efficient windows. They built in record time – 7 months! They saved everything a builder would have profited off of their project in builder fees, upgrade charges and change order fees. Everything they saved went back into their "pocket" as equity or if they wanted to upgrade any items – they only paid labor and materials – no upgrade charges!
