Stan and Frances Lynch are very excited to be in their new home on their land in Bluff dale. Stan is an engineer and knew he wanted to be in control of his project. He knew he had literally tons of rock on his place and had a vision for using it in the project and it turned out beautiful! Frances has family with a cabinet shop and she got all sorts of nice cabinet options built into the home. They are excited to see their energy bills because they opted for a full foam encapsulated attic/walls and anticipate very low bills! Stan remarked that his budget numbers were very close to what he paid for his materials and labor and overall he came in under budget. They are hoping for many years of family and grandkid sleepovers! Enjoy the pictures of this project!
