The autumn colors will be here before we know it, football is definitely in the air and we are quickly approaching the end of our 15th year in business! Where does the time go? Here is your 2nd CALL TO ACTION – LAND!!!! Everyone is looking for land or a lot to build on. Some of you built in some amazing subdivisions! If, in your area, there are similar lots or other subdivisions with similar lots, PLEASE SEND US INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA!! Our service area is so large that it is next to impossible to know what is going on in land development everywhere. If you have land/lot information to pass on to us, we will make sure you get a treat from Starbucks on us!!

Here is your 3rd CALL TO ACTION – In Appreciation of Police Officers, Firemen, Military and ex-Military we are offering a discount to these folks on their OBN investment when they close on their construction loan. Please pass this on to anyone you know that might benefit.
