Whether the sub is on our list or yours, you have the last say on who you will use. Owner sweat equity is also allowed. You can work and participate in the construction process as long as the schedule stays on track. We have bonded and insured inspectors that will make sure all trades are within the state mandated codes for the work subs will be doing.
