Owner/Builder Network of San Antonio
San Antonio Owner/Builder Network has been in operation since 2001 with over 400 homes on the ground. While we have members who have built as far away as Cuero, Ingram, Uvalde, and Pleasanton, the really busy areas for our members have been Helotes, Bulverde, Canyon Lake or Boerne regions. Lately, with the huge development progress around San Antonio, we have helped many members build on the South side around La Vernia, Somerset, or Lytle. People keep proving that the program simply works!
The unique distinction of our service is that we give our members absolute control of the process without expensive supervision. Instead, our members have an independent Licensed inspector to check the code or quality of workmanship. Though we provide a list of good subcontractors and suppliers, our members are also free to choose whomever they wish or do the work themselves. By maintaining such an uncomplicated program, we are able to keep our fee realistically low and your savings high. Many of our members will tell you that they gained a large amount of equity through the process and we are happy to see a good number who have subsequently sold their home and are using our services to build another home.
The amazing range of home styles is reflective of the diversity of people who use our services. Some home features are common; particularly stone exterior and metal roofs. This is due to reasonable material prices and good appraisals in many areas of the San Antonio region. Our members seem to have one thing in common too: they want control of the savings and quality/design of the home.
Call our office (210) 691-8808 to set up a free one on one appointment with a consultant today! We will explain our services, discuss your budget and affordability, and provide a project cost estimate. We provide financing, lots of references, and can help with blueprints. (if needed).
We look forward to assisting you with your new home!
**Each office independently owned and operated.
