Hi you!!! I miss your pep talks... however I am soooooooooooooo happy I'm

Love the house! Pita (my dog) allows me to live here. She really thinks it was built
for her.
If you drove by then you know I really need curb appeal. (I'm thinking of entering

We love our new custom home! We shopped the house market for nearly a year before
deciding to try building ourselves. Nothing we saw during that time was close enough
to our 'dream house' requirements. So we sat down with (much) paper & pen and

We completed and closed on our house in October 2010. Just wanted to say how much
we appreciated the help of Paul Artmann, Brad, Sheila, and Gayle. We built in Fayette
County on 9 acres and they were usually a phone call away with answers to my questions.

I had originally heard about Owner Builder Network in an advertisement on the Tom
Martino Show. Martino was a consumer advocate and people would call his show seeking
help with consumer related problems and rip-offs. Martino had zero tolerance for
those who cheated and were dishonest with customers and he would not advertise for

We built our home using Owner Builder Network. It was a very rewarding and educational
experience. We got the home we wanted, at the price we wanted. We were able to add
a pool with extra landscaping, and a boat dock with lift and cover, and still saved
